For our Super Franchise, initially we grant two sub franchise license along with setting up of the kitchen and rights to support nine more sub franchises. With experience and time the kiosk will have to be set up in revenue share or rent on space with landowners at prominent locations all over the city. The MR & MRS IDLY counters can also be set in Food Courts and in shops as QSR outlets .
This is a Super franchise that comes with a central kitchen to be started along with a two sub franchise, the grant of which is included in the Super franchise Fee. This project involves a super franchise for every ten sub franchise counters.
You could also choose to take up a QSR Franchisee or an Express Franchisee if you want to open a Single Outlet. For a Bigger space, you can opt for a Casual Dine Franchisee also.
This Franchise will give you the license to operate from a specified location without granting any exclusivity whatsoever.
The Company will decide prices at all locations. Neither the Unit nor the Super Franchise determine the price or sell at a price other than what is authorized by the company. The rate will differ from high street to malls and multiplexes depending upon the cost of the space and operations.
We are continuously working to maximize the profits of Super franchise. We are soon launching Mr & Mrs Idly batter packet, which would be sold all over India and the Mr & Mrs Idly Super Franchisee as a stakeholder in its distribution would earn around 20% margin on it.
Shopping Centers / Malls / Theaters /Prominent city streets that have eateries in Prominent high street locations, Exhibition venues, Software & other corporate companies facilities, Entertainment Centers, Airports, Railway stations Including Metros, Bus stands and for that matter any place that attracts good footfalls will be an ideal location for opening a Mr & Mrs idly outlet.
As a matter of principle, the franchise fee is non- refundable and is payable upon sign up of the agreement upfront, without any options.
The franchisee along with his team will be imparted a well-grounded training onsite encompassing all the facets of management, systems and compliance regulations. A detailed SOP will be provided to the franchisee to include all the operational features that are required to successfully run and manage a franchise.

The QSR model is a closed Booth structure (kiosk) of 10ft x 6ft x 9 ft , which can be placed in any high street location , its serves the complete menu of an Express Model, but its a standing eatery model which has a take away benefit too.
This model is completely risk free coz it does not need any interior designing , does not need any furniture & fixtures. It's a plug a play model.The main USP of this model is that it can be moved to any other location if a particular location fails .
The most important part is that the product the we sell from our retail counters is priced at an average of Rs 25/- for four pieces and is 100% Value for money. The hygiene level, packing/presentation etc are the key factors to attract a client to buy the product not once but again and again as this product has a distinct Chennai flavour to it, which will not be replicable.
For Express Franchisee model, you would need a minimum area of 750 sqft for the outlet that would incorporate the Base kitchen & Live Kitchen. In Base Kitchen we need to make the base products & do the basic preparation of all the Menu items & In Live Kitchen we would be making LIVE Idly & Dosai for the customers.
The main USP of this model is that clients can see how well & fresh is made in front of them & as well as they can completely customize the food as per there taste. They will not only enjoy eating but will enjoy seeing it also.
This format has got a wider Menu, it includes Meals, Mini Meals, Bit of Chinese,Chats, Any Timers, Sandwiches, Evening Snacks & Ice Gola also. It needs a minimum space of 1000 sqft.
Training would be provided in your city in your premises, it would be a 20 days workshop onsite
We would send you the complete set of kitchen and equipments and completely set up assistance & complete installation would be done by us . All the cost is included, there is no hidden cost.
You need to get the licence from your Local Government Corporation office. You need to apply for VAT NO, CST NO, FSSAI, TRADE & FIRE Licence. All this requires very basic formalities to be complied to.
After signing the agreement it would take 45 days to start .
You need a working capital of Rs 50000/-to start with.
