UNIT FRANCHISE (required 60sqft+ 200 sqft Base Kitchen)

If you are looking for to open a “Single Standalone Kiosk” than we would recommend you to opt for Unit Franchisee model.The Unit Franchise model is a kiosk model, mainly designed for a High Streets, Malls, Multiplexes, IT companies & Commercial areas... Its serves the complete range of Idlies, Dosai, Uttapams, Vada & Filter Coffee. This model is completely risk free coz it can be relocated, If a particular location fails, this is its main USP. For Unit Franchise model, you would need an area of 60sqft for the kiosk apart from that, you would need an additional space of 200sqft for the base kitchen (ANYWHERE IN THE CITY), where we need to make the base product & transport it to your Unit outlet where we would make live idly & dosai for the customers.

UNIT PLUS FRANCHISE(required 100sqft+200 sqft Base Kitchen)

If you intend to open a “Single Standalone Kiosk” than we would recommend you to opt for Unit Plus Franchisee model. The Unit Plus Franchise model is a kiosk model, which is little bigger in size & it’s like a store by itself. It’s particularly designed for a High Streets & Commercial areas. It would need an area of 100sqft for the kiosk and apart from that it would need an additional space of 200sqft for the base kitchen (ANYWHERE IN THE CITY), where we need to make the base product & transport it to your Unit outlet where we would make live idly & dosai for the customers. Its serves the complete range of Idlies, Dosai, Uttapams, Vada, Rice varities & Filter Coffee.

QSR FRANCHISE (required 500 sqft)

If you are interested in Opening a Small Fast Food Joint than we would recommend QSR Model. The QSR model is a “Quick Service Restaurant” or it is also known as Fast Food Restaurant. For QSR model, you would need a minimum area of 500sqft for the outlet which would incorporate the base kitchen & as well as Live kitchen.It would be like a Take Away Joint with some casual seating.

EXPRESS MODEL (required 800 sqft)

If the idea of Small Restaurant excites you, than we would recommend you to opt for an Express model. The Express model would be a Small Casual Restaurant which would serve Complete South Indian Delicacies. For Express model, you would need a minimum area of 800sqft for the Restaurant which would incorporate the base kitchen & as well as Live kitchen. In Base Kitchen we need to make the base products & do the basic preparation of all the Menu items & In Live Kitchen we would be making “LIVE” Idly & Dosai for the customers. The main USP of this model is that it’s “LIVE” cooking. Clients can customize the Dosa as per there taste & flavour.

CASUAL DINE RESTURANT (required 1000 sqft)

If you intend to open a Restaurant with a Fine Dine Feel than we would recommend you to opt for a Casual Dine Model. The Casual Dine model would be a Multi Cuisine Restaurant which would serve Complete South Indian Delicacies including South Indian Thali, Mini Thali and would also serve BIT OF CHINESE, MOMOS, CHAT, SANDWICHE & ICE GOLA. The Casual Dine model would need a minimum area of 1000 – 1200sqft of space. It would be a Theme Restaurant, This restaurant would give the complete South Indian feel, be it the food, Hospitality, Wall Hangings, Interior decor.
